From the methods of installation on PCB board, they can be divided into integrated direct welding, pluggable welding, wire-to-wire fixed type and non-fixed type. From the methods of crimping wires, they can be divided into screw terminal with plate clamp type which secures the wire against the conductor in the terminal block by tightening a screw which presses the plate and closes the clamp, and screw terminal with box clamp type which secures the wire against the conductor in the terminal block by tightening a screw which lifts the box and closes the clamp, and screwless terminal block type using push button or push-in method with spring clamp inside; screwless terminal block can be further divided into push-in connection and spring-cage connection.

The push-in connection can realize direct insertion of single or multi-strand hard wire, multi-strand soft wire dipped in tin or with cold-pressed joint; and wires can be withdrawn by pushing the operating rod or using a screwdriver to push the operation hole.Spring-cage connection cannot realize wire insertion or withdrawing without auxiliary tools.

As a general-purpose electrical connector, the pluggable terminal block has the same design standards for most products, except for some special ones. So, with the same pitch and type, they can be mutually matched.

On the premise of meeting the needs of customers, we will negotiate the lead time according to different situations of customers. 4-6 weeks for general items without stock, 1-2 weeks for ones with stock. And lead time for special items can be negotiated in accordance with specific conditions.

Kaifeng formulated a rigorous quality inspection system according to ISO and production process, and invests plenty of manpower to achieve a 3:1 ratio for production and QC staff. The process covers 4 major warehouses and 4 major production centers, combined with automated assembly and inspection integrated equipment, steadily improves the quality.

The pluggable terminal blocks with pins of Kaifeng Electronics are all assembled and bent through automated equipment, and are equipped with CCD image processing for integrated quality inspection, so there will be no phenomenon of imperfect bending or over bending.

The DIP switches of Kaifeng Electronics are assembled, packaged, tested and wrapped through an automated assembly line. The number of operation can reach 1000 times.

The rotary switch, also known as 8421 switch, is a decimal switch, while the DIP switch is a binary switch. Therefore, the rotary switch can achieve more functions with a smaller space occupation, and the rotary switch can also realize reverse printing or fixed-point printing according to requirements.
