Job Duties

1. 具有精密注塑模具维修工作经验2年以上，负责注塑工作；
2. 负责内容画像、用户画像的挖掘，使用量化模型建模有业务价值的内容、用户聚类；
3. 制定内容生态规则，基于内容消费、生产、交互等行为的供需分析与因果推断，与上下游团队共同推动内容生态的牵引机制；
4. 搭建在线机器学习系统，评估、预测内容生态多维度业务指标，开发决策工具。
